Obituary of Marjorie Clair Zarnesky

ZARNESKY - Marjorie Clair, 90 years young, of Belsano, passed away March 9, 2024 at Windber Hospice,  Born August 10, 1933 In Mineral Point, Pa., daughter of the late Clair and Catherine (Frye) Brown.   Preceded in death by granddaughter Melissa Marjorie Nedresky Horner of Brush Valley, eight Sisters and one brother.  Survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Blair Zarnesky, Belsano, who she married June 29, 1973 in Nanty Glo, Pa.; and her seven children:  Patricia (Koscho) wife of Roy McAdams, Strongstown;  Dennis (Pamela) Koscho, Heilwood, Pa.; George Thomas Koscho III, Clymer, Pa.;  Larry (Marcia) Koscho, Indiana, Pa.;  Karen (Koscho) wife of Richard Nedresky, Strongstown, Pa.; Tammy Koscho of Ebensburg; and  Robert (Diane) Koscho  of Ebensburg.  She was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.  Marge was a blessing to all her family.  While raising seven children on her own in Strongstown; attending Strongstown Methodist Church with her children every Sunday. Always putting her children first, she was able to provide their every need.  Marge was happy and full of energy, she loved dancing, was always the comedian, a great cook and enjoyed spending time around friends and family.  Blair always helped her with her flower beds making them beautiful and spending time always together.  She had worked at Lower Bucks County Hospital, in Bristol Pa. taking care of the newborn babies, where she was a natural,  loving every minute of her tenure there.  She retired as a dietary aid at the Ebensburg Center (State School).  Friends and family will be received  from 4:00 p.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 12th at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, the Rev.
