Survived by his wife, Maria; and children, Denise Kovach and Robert Kovach, both of Brecksville, Ohio; and Janet Kovach Bloomquist, and husband, David, Savannah, Ga. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany. Member of the VFW and American Legion. He worked as a foreman at Champion Rivet and as a supervisor at Wooden Co., both in Cleveland, Ohio, until he retired at 61 years of age. He won many trophies for his bowling and was an avid golfer.
